ProFix is an independent repair centre working on two things only: air conditioners and automatic washing machines. The narrow scope is deliberate — it is what lets a technician arrive with the right part on the first visit.

Why we started ProFix
Search for AC repair in Dammam and you get dozens of near-identical results: the same copied photos, the same phrases, and mobile numbers with no business name and no registration behind them. You call, someone arrives, you get an improvised price, and you have no way to judge whether it is fair or where to turn if the fault returns a week later.
We built ProFix as the opposite of that. We published our prices for anyone to read. We print our commercial registration number at the foot of every page. We give a written warranty on a proper invoice. And we limited ourselves to one city and two appliances, because promising everything to everyone is the fastest route to doing it badly.
How we work
Every visit starts with measurement, not guesswork. For air conditioners: refrigerant pressure on both sides, compressor current draw, and the temperature split across the coil. For washing machines: the error code, a graduated electrical test from cheapest cause to most expensive, then mechanical inspection.
After diagnosis we explain the cause in plain language and give you the final price. Nothing starts without your approval. And if we judge the repair uneconomic, we say so — even when it costs us the job.
Our legal standing
ProFix is a registered establishment with an active Saudi commercial registration, and the number is published at the foot of every page on this site. We issue a proper invoice for every visit, valid for individuals, companies and accounting. Registration on the Maroof platform gives you an official channel to raise anything you are not happy with.
