We decided not to hand-write testimonials onto this page, and not to put review markup in the site code that would show star ratings in search results. The reason is simple: a rating a business awards itself is not worth your trust, and Google treats it as a violation.
The real reviews live in one place: our Google Maps profile. You can read all of them there, including any negative ones — which we reply to publicly.

Called at ten in the morning and the technician arrived before noon. The AC was not cooling — low on refrigerant with a leak at the joint. He repaired the leak and recharged it, and the price was exactly what I was told on the phone.
My Samsung washer stopped on a 5E code and I expected a big bill. It turned out to be a blocked filter and they just cleaned it. I honestly did not expect anyone to tell me the problem was simple instead of selling me a part.
The best thing is that the prices are written on the site. I knew what I would pay before I called and there were no additions. They cleaned three AC units and charged less for the second and third.

How to write a review that actually helps
If we have worked for you, a Google review is the single biggest thing you can do for us — and the biggest help to the next person searching for a technician with no way of knowing who to trust.
A useful review mentions specifics:
- Appliance and brand — "Samsung washer" says more than "the appliance"
- The fault and the fix — "wouldn't drain, they replaced the pump"
- Your district in Dammam — it helps your neighbours find us
- Arrival time and price clarity — what readers genuinely care about
And if the service fell short, call us before you review. Warranty work costs you nothing, and we would rather fix the mistake than ignore it.
